European AI for social media

The Raven brings the community back.

AI-powered community management for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads and Discord. Professionally operated on the customer's own infrastructure, distributed exclusively through partners.

The product

Depth on YouTube. Breadth across seven platforms.

PostRaven handles the repetitive work of community management. The editorial team keeps control over tone and approval — the AI shortens the path from comment to publication.

01

Seven platforms. One inbox.

Comments, threads and messages from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Bluesky, Threads and Discord flow into a single view. Filter, search and work across platforms — instead of juggling seven open tabs.

YouTube · Instagram · Facebook · LinkedIn · Bluesky · Threads · Discord

02

Edit in your language, publish in any

Comments appear in the editor's language — even when the community writes internationally. One click generates a draft in the same language; on publication, the approved reply is translated back to the commenter's language. Three minutes of writing becomes half a minute of review.

6 languages · Back-translation on send · Editorial approval

03

Commentator profiles in two depths

In basic mode, the system summarises public comment history into statistics and returning-visitor detection — enabled by default, GDPR-compliant. In extended mode, OSINT-style assessments with evidence quotes: returning commenters, critical voices, potential business contacts. This mode is optional and must be activated only with the appropriate legal basis — e.g. for communities outside the EU or with explicit consent.

Basic mode GDPR-compliant · Extended mode under own legal review

04

Post generator with editorial team

From an idea or a video, PostRaven orchestrates an AI pipeline of strategist, copywriter and editor. Variants for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and further platforms are generated in parallel — precisely tailored to each channel, including images in the customer's brand identity. The AI models used are chosen by the customer.

One idea · Variants for every platform · Brand CI integrated

05

Reach across all channels at a glance

Daily snapshots track follower development across all seven platforms — the foundation for cross-platform trend charts, even where individual platforms don't retain history themselves. For YouTube, detailed analytics are added: views, engagement, traffic sources and subscriber impact at video level.

Daily follower snapshots · Deep YouTube analytics

06

Editorial workflow for teams

The agent drafts, the editor reviews and approves. Every comment and every post moves through traceable states: open, claimed, in progress, published. Roles, permissions and audit logs for professional editorial teams.

Roles: Agent · Editor · Admin · Superadmin

07

Multi-tenant

A single installation serves any number of customers. Each tenant has its own team, its own channels, its own brand CI and its own AI settings, logically strictly separated. Ideal for agencies managing multiple client portfolios in parallel.

One installation · Any number of customers

08

A framework for your AI strategy

PostRaven orchestrates AI models — it does not provide its own. The customer configures the appropriate model for each task: Ollama on own hardware for maximum data control, cloud services from OpenAI, Anthropic or Google for scale, DeepL for translation. The Model Context Protocol (MCP) additionally lets PostRaven plug into Claude Code, Cursor and other AI tools.

Multi-provider BYOK · MCP · No vendor lock-in

Data sovereignty

Own infrastructure. Full control.

PostRaven is delivered as software. Partners handle provisioning, customers run the application on their own infrastructure — matched to their compliance requirements. GDPR compliance becomes a technical property.

Runs on the customer's infrastructure

PostRaven runs on the customer's infrastructure — virtual machine, dedicated server or own data centre. Delivery is via versioned container images with regular updates, fully under the operator's control.

Data stays with the customer

Comments, profiles and AI drafts are stored and processed exclusively in the customer's database — entirely within the customer's infrastructure.

GDPR switch for profiling

Deep commentator analysis is disabled by default. It can be activated per tenant — under the operator's responsibility, e.g. for communities outside the EU or on the basis of explicit consent. The basic mode handles only publicly visible statistics and history data.

Lean contractual structure

A classic software licence contract between customer and partner is sufficient. As data processing happens entirely on the customer's side, the contractual structure stays simple.

Free choice of provider

The customer freely selects hoster and region and can switch at any time. The application runs on any standard infrastructure with container support.

Our responsibility covers the licence server, the container registry and this website — operated within the European Union, exclusively for operational purposes.

More in a partner conversation

Partner model

One partner type. Clear terms.

Uniform terms for agencies, IT service providers, freelancers and training partners. Transparently communicated and summarised on a single page.

Revenue streams
Licence margin, setup, ongoing support, training
Pricing
Freely set by the partner. Non-binding recommended price: €299 – €399 per month per licence
Tiers (6 / 12 months)
Individually agreed between partner and customer
Minimum volume
One licence per year to retain partner status
Exclusivity
Territorial protection available on request
Customer relationship
Fully owned by the partner
Leads
Direct enquiries to PostRaven are forwarded to partners

Support model

The partner is the customer-facing voice. PostRaven stands behind as the technical contact.

Level 1 / 2
Partner — Customer contact, configuration, initial troubleshooting
Level 3
PostRaven — Core product, architecture, deeper diagnostics

Training partners

Partners offering training to end customers receive the required training licences from PostRaven. Training services are billed directly with the customer.

PostRaven also seeks partners to deliver partner training. Every partner is encouraged to attend one — it forms the basis for competent support during installation and configuration on the customer side.

Revenue opportunity

Multiple revenue streams. Free pricing.

Partners earn more than just the licence margin. Setup, ongoing support and training contribute substantially to annual revenue. Every partner prices independently — the overview below serves as orientation.

Licence margin
Reduced partner purchase price versus the non-binding recommended end-customer price. The selling price is set by the partner.
Setup & integration
One-off per new customer: installation, brand-CI configuration, platform connections, team training.
Ongoing support
Monthly flat fee for Level-1 and Level-2 care, updates, monitoring — billable on top of the licence.
Training & consulting
Agent onboarding, editor training, refreshers. On request also workflow consulting or individual automations via MCP.

Behind PostRaven

The person behind the Raven.

PostRaven is the work of Matthias Schönwälder — mediator, developer and operator of his own YouTube channel. What began in 2023 as a personal tool for his own community was gradually extended into a full social-media suite, now available to agencies, editorial teams and creators.

Development is AI-assisted with Claude Code. It is the same human-AI collaboration PostRaven offers its users: the human decides, the AI accelerates. No architecture decision, no business logic and no product decision happens automatically — everything passes editorial review.

Why this transparency? Because it matches the product's philosophy. And because partners and end customers can rely on three structural guarantees that protect their investment long-term.

Structural safeguards for partners and end customers

01

Self-hosted by design

The software runs entirely on the customer's infrastructure. Regardless of how PostRaven evolves in future, the installed version keeps running unchanged — no cloud dependency, no forced central deployment.
02

Open standards

Model Context Protocol for AI tools, BYOK for all AI providers, Docker containers on industry standard. No vendor lock-in, no proprietary interfaces, no hidden dependencies.
03

Partner network carries operations

First contact, configuration and ongoing support live with the partner on site. PostRaven focuses on the core product and provides Level-3 expertise in the background.

Become a partner

One conversation is enough to know if it fits.

A short introduction is all we need: who you are, which customers you serve. We'll get back to you within a few business days.

Frequent questions

The essentials upfront.

What infrastructure is required?

A standard installation needs a Linux server environment with four CPU cores, 16 GB RAM and 50 GB SSD storage. For installations with multiple customer channels, eight cores and 32 GB RAM are recommended.

Does PostRaven work with international cloud providers?

Yes. The application is compatible with all common container environments — with international providers, European hosters or in the customer's own data centre. The customer's compliance requirements drive the choice.

What is the contractual framework?

A partner contract exists between partner and PostRaven. A software licence contract is signed between partner and end customer. As data processing happens entirely on the customer's side, the contractual structure stays simple.

How are updates distributed?

New versions are delivered as container images from a protected registry. Partner or customer updates the image, runs the included migrations and restarts the application. Every release includes detailed release notes with change summary and migration guidance.

Is there a partner portal?

Yes, built on the licence server. Partners manage their customer licences there and have access to marketing material.

What happens when a partner changes?

The customer keeps access to their installation. The licence remains valid until the agreed end date and can then be renewed directly or through another partner. A controlled transition is always possible.

Is training on PostRaven available?

Yes. Partners offering training to end customers receive the required training licences from PostRaven and bill their training services directly with the customer. PostRaven also seeks partners to deliver partner training — every partner is encouraged to attend one.

How is billing handled?

The partner invoices the end customer directly. PostRaven invoices the partner licence with the partner — monthly, half-yearly or annually. The non-binding recommended price for end customers is €299 to €399 per month.

What is a typical partner margin?

The margin results from the partner's free pricing versus the reduced partner purchase price. Revenue from setup, ongoing support and training adds to this. An illustrative worked example can be found in the partner model section.

What onboarding does the partnership require?

New partners are briefed in a personal onboarding conversation covering product, licence server and marketing material. For deeper product knowledge, attendance at a partner training is encouraged. Most partners are operational within a few days.

What happens if an end customer cancels?

The end customer can terminate their licence contract under the terms agreed with the partner. The licence stays valid until the agreed end date and the installation keeps running. A new contract or partner change is always possible.

How does PostRaven handle GDPR?

PostRaven runs GDPR-compliant by default: all data remains on the customer's infrastructure. Commentator profiles are created in basic mode without psychometric assessment — only publicly visible comment and statistics data. The extended OSINT-style profile analysis is a separately activated feature and falls under the legal responsibility of the respective operator. It is sensibly deployed for communities outside the EU or with explicit consent from community members.

Who develops PostRaven?

PostRaven is developed by Matthias Schönwälder — AI-assisted with Claude Code. The same human-AI collaboration PostRaven offers its users also shapes product development: the human decides, the AI accelerates. As the software is fully self-hosted and built on open standards, every installation keeps running independently of the vendor's continued existence.
